The Practice is happy to accommodate persons with physical and mental disablement. If you require any extra support please don’t hesitate to ask our Reception Staff who will be happy to assist you.
A wheelchair is available for use within the Practice for any patients who have difficulty getting from their transport into the building and/or walking to consulting rooms. There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms including a lift to the 1st floor. The surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
Door frames and skirting boards are painted in a contrasting colour to the walls to enable partially-sighted patients to navigate safely around the building.
Disabled parking bays are situated across the road from the surgery.
Please let our Reception team know if you require information via different methods eg: letters in large type, email notifications or text messages via your mobile phone. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
