If you need to make a complaint regarding the Practice or the services we offer, please contact Jane Dalgleish, Practice Manager or Ann Roche, Patient Services Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing which includes email. You can email the complaint to the practice generic email address firstname.lastname@example.org . Please provide your full name and date of birth for identification purposes.
