Seeing your usual GP.
The surgery runs ‘personal lists’ which means that you will always be offered an appointment with your usual GP unless they are away from the surgery for a period of time or you need a same day, urgent appointment. If you need a same day, urgent appointment you will be offered one with the allocated Duty Doctor for that day.
Running persona lists means that one GP will have overall responsibility for your care at the surgery. We find that this is much better for the patients and the GP.
