From 1st November 2022 patients who have access to either the NHS App or the SystmOne practice App will be able to view their clinical record in full. This includes test results and letters to and from third parties, such as the hospital.
The access will be prospective from the 1st November or from the date you register for online access. It will not be historical. If you want historical information you must still request that in writing for the time being.
Tennant Street therefore encourages you to sign up to the NHS App or request access to the SystmOne practice App.
Don’t forget you can already order prescriptions online and book some appointments.
