We are pleased to say that, after much discussion and several changes, the phone system is much improved. The wait in the queues is considerably shorter.
Please note however, that there will always be some queue, it is very unlikely that you will be able to get straight through. As a result of the changes, there is no longer a dedicated test results line. If you are ringing for a test result please wait in the main queue. We are trialling this currently to see what the impact is.
