We have asked Hartlepool and Stockton Health to administer our COVID autumn boosters to eligible patients. If you are eligible you will be contacted by them to book an appointment. The clinics are every Sunday for 6 weeks and are at Queens Park Medical Centre (next door to Tennant Street).
We will be running flu clinics from the practice as usual – we will contact as many patients as we can but if you want a flu jab please ring the practice to book.
