We are pleased that our wait times on the phone have improved dramatically since COVID, however we want to make them better still.
We continue to do our best to ensure our patients are getting the best service we can provide, so we have invested in a new telephone system that will be installed towards the end of August. This provides a call back feature to allow you to be contacted by a Receptionist when you get to number one in the queue rather than waiting on the phone.
