The average wait time on the phone last month was 7 minutes. Obviously this is means that some people are waiting longer than that, but equally some are waiting less time than that. Monday mornings are always notoriously busy so if you can avoid that time, please do.
Don’t forget that on the odd occasion you are number 9 or above in the queue you will be offered the option of an automated call back when you reach number 1 in the queue.
